Project gateway

Start in the right lane.

Simple site, custom system, or something in between — the first step is choosing the right kind of build.

Resonant is a small senior-led studio, not a giant agency. I have spent 25 years around businesses where results have to show up in the numbers. If we work together, I need time to understand your operation, your market, and how the work is supposed to make you more money.

The discovery is careful. The execution does not have to be small. Once the plan is right, I can pull in trusted help quickly for larger builds, integrations, and implementation pushes.

Two honest lanes

Pick the path that matches the job.

If you need a clean starter website, there is a cheaper lane for that — Impulse. If your website needs to connect to how the business actually runs, that is Resonant.

Resonant

SEO / Marketing Foundation

$699/month

Search structure, content direction, local visibility, analytics, and practical growth work for operators who need demand, not just a page.

How this studio works

Resonant is small on purpose.

I am not selling a 20-person agency machine. I like custom work, real operational problems, and projects where the website is connected to the business behind it. I also do not pretend we can skip the hard part. Before we build, I need to understand the operation, the offer, the buyer, the market, and the numbers that decide whether the project worked.

When a project needs more hands, I can pull in trusted help quickly. The difference is that the strategy and build direction stay close to the person responsible for the outcome.

  • 01
    Direct senior attention

Architecture, design direction, and implementation decisions stay close to the work.

  • 02
    Less agency bloat

No account-manager theater. Clear ownership and faster signal.

  • 03
    Custom, not packaged templates

Built around your operation instead of a fixed product box.

  • 04
    Scale execution when needed

Trusted collaborators can join quickly once the plan is right.

  • 05
    Built for serious operators

Better fit for money and market goals than bargain shopping.

How we start

The first job is understanding the business.

I do not want to build blind. The fastest way to waste money is to design pages before we understand the operation, the customer, the margin, the bottlenecks, and the market you are trying to take.

That discovery is personal and intense. We look at how the business actually works, where the money comes from, what customers are worth, where leads drop off, which systems are already in place, and what would have to change for the site to produce measurable results.

Once that is clear, we can move fast. For larger jobs, I can bring in trusted help quickly. The careful part is deciding what should be built. The build itself can scale.

  1. 01

    Know the operation

Offers, customers, internal workflow, current systems, bottlenecks.

  2. 02

    Find the numbers

Revenue goals, lead value, conversion points, market share opportunity.

  3. 03

    Design the system

Pages, funnels, CRM, automation, AI, dashboards, analytics.

  4. 04

    Build with force

Senior-led execution, trusted help when needed, fast implementation once the plan is right.

Win condition

Pretty is not the finish line.

After 25 years around businesses, I am sensitive to the need to produce results. Design matters, but the result has to show up somewhere real: more qualified leads, better close rate, less missed follow-up, cleaner operations, stronger search position, higher revenue, or more market share.

We do not win unless the client can make more money and take more of the market they are built to serve.

  • Qualified leads
  • Booked calls
  • Quote requests
  • Close rate
  • Average job value
  • Follow-up speed
  • Search visibility
  • Market share
  • Revenue lift

Custom fit

Is Resonant the right room?

I do not build serious custom work without first understanding the operation, the numbers, and the market you are trying to win. If the cheaper lane is a better fit, I will say so.

Best fit

  • You need the website connected to sales, intake, scheduling, CRM, calls, analytics, or internal operations.
  • You already have a real business and need a sharper system.
  • You care about clarity, implementation, and ownership.
  • You want someone senior thinking through the problem.
  • You are willing to spend time helping us understand the operation before the build starts.
  • You care about numbers, money, and market position more than surface-level design alone.
  • You may have a large job and need confidence that a senior-led team can scale up when the work demands it.

Not best fit

  • You only need the cheapest possible website.
  • You want unlimited revisions for a tiny budget.
  • You want a large agency with many account managers.
  • You are not ready to discuss budget, workflow, or business goals.
  • You want to skip discovery and jump straight to production on a serious custom build.
  • You judge success only by whether the site looks nice, not whether it moves the business.

If you mainly need a clean starter site, the respectful path is Impulse at $69/month.
